Cash Pay
The current healthcare insurance trends mandate strict regulations on what is considered reimbursable and requires the skill of a Physical Therapist. It ultimately drives Physical Therapy clinics' to make difficult decisions and often makes it impossible to provide the comprehensive care most patients deserve. Corporates make their therapist bend to the insurance demands, scheduling multiple patients at a time. Thus overcrowded, therapists see multiple patients at a time to run the business.
We consider ourselves a hybrid practice, accepting cash and insurance as patients deem what best serves them. As we are pursuing contracts with most commercial healthcare insurance companies, currently, we accept cash payments. Cash pay practice provides us with the flexibility to meet our patient's needs and the freedom to provide meaningful and deserved care to our patients. Patients' treatment should be based on their needs and not dictated by insurance companies.
We are here to help; call your insurance company and understand the out-of-network coverage cost and benefits. We may be considered out-of-network providers. Also, understand your deductible and out-of-pocket expenses. if you haven't met your deductible and out-of-pocket expenses, payment for physical therapy services will go towards your deductible or out-of-pocket expenses. You can submit our treatment costs to the insurance company; we will provide all the necessary documentation and are happy to help.
