Delaney is our Marketing Specialist and Patient Care Administrator at Physical Therapy Solutions, where she plays a key role in supporting both the growth of the practice and the experience of every patient who walks through the door. She works closely with the clinical and administrative teams to manage patient communication, coordinate care, and develop marketing strategies that strengthen community engagement and brand presence.

Delaney earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Valparaiso University, graduating summa cum laude in December 2025. Her academic background in business, combined with her hands-on experience in healthcare operations and marketing, allows her to approach her role with both strategic insight and a patient-first mindset. She focuses on creating a seamless and welcoming experience for patients by supporting clear communication, scheduling, and coordination of care.
