Physical Therapist Assistant

Monique Brown joined Physical Therapy Solutions in October 2024 and is proud to serve patients throughout Northwest Indiana. Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, Monique developed a passion for movement and performance through soccer, earning a full athletic scholarship to Georgia State University (GSU). She graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, became ACSM Certified, and received All-Conference honors during her collegiate soccer career.

After graduating from GSU, Monique spent four years as a physical therapy technician, where she discovered her passion for helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. During this time, she also remained involved in the sport she loves as a certified grassroots soccer coach and club coach. After relocating to Indiana, she expanded her experience by working as a personal trainer, coaching children of various ages and fostering a lifelong appreciation for movement and fitness.

Monique continued her education at Fox College in Tinley Park, Illinois, graduating magna cum laude in 2024 with an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistance. She is LSVT BIG Certified, allowing her to provide specialized, evidence-based treatment for individuals with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions. In addition to her passion for Parkinson's care, she enjoys working with patients with a variety of neurological conditions and the pediatric population.

Monique takes a personalized approach to care, recognizing that every patient's needs and goals are unique. She is committed to educating and motivating her patients, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to make meaningful progress throughout their rehabilitation.

Outside of the clinic, Monique enjoys traveling with her husband and dog, staying active through fitness, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
