Spardha Sharma, a highly accomplished Physical Therapist, is dedicated to promoting wellness. Her career, which commenced in 2006, has established her as a leading expert in women’s health, orthopedics, and sports injuries. She holds a Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree from Manipal University in India and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in California.


Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Spardha has extensive experience in both inpatient acute and sub-acute care and outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. Over the past decade, she has consistently honed her skills in this specialized field.


Spardha is highly qualified, possessing certifications in Dry Needling (CDN), Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT), and Spinal Manipulative Therapy (SMT). She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy (DScPT) at Andrews University in Michigan, with an anticipated graduation date of 2025.


A passionate advocate for orthopedics, Spardha is also an Orthopedic Fellow in Training at the ASPIRE Orthopedic Manual Therapy Institute. Additionally, she specializes in treating pelvic floor dysfunction for both men and women, having received advanced training from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Institute.


Spardha’s holistic approach to healthcare emphasizes the significance of a healthy lifestyle, proper movement, and balanced nutrition for optimal patient outcomes. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she actively promotes an active lifestyle, participating in marathons and triathlons. She enjoys hiking, embarking on outdoor adventures with her family, and exploring new destinations.
